The challenge? Improve ticket sales through the Ciutat de les Arts i les Ciències’ digital channels by integrating the new development with its existing physical box office system.

We completely rethought the usability of the booking platform and built a new design system with a focus on increasing the prominence of combined tickets through a dynamic selector that calculates savings as well as cross-selling of additional activities.

The result: An ad-hoc, streamlined and optimized ticketing system for all devices that has increased the number of visitors coming from the online box office and has been integrated with the organization’s existing systems.
